Senior citizens to meet

Senior Citizens of Marion County, Inc. will have its 66th annual meeting Oct. 15, at Hillsboro Senior Center.

Registration costs $7 per person and must be completed by Oct. 10. A meal will be served at noon.

This year’s program will feature guest speakers from area museums.

A freewill offering will be collected to support a scholarship for a 2027 Marion County senior pursuing a field related to aging.

Registrations are being accepted by the Marion County Department on Aging at (620) 382-3580 and at senior centers.
