Preschool students celebrate

Sunshine Country Preschool marked the end of the school year recently with two celebrations.

The first was a program and picnic in Central Park at which students performed a variety of songs from the school year.

Certificates for completing the year were given to Giovanna Baxa, Colt Craft, Adalynn Diepenbrock, Axton Hett, Beckham Hett, Grady Hett, Emree Overton, Westen Smith, Miles Vinduska, and Tenley Whiteman.

The second event was a graduation ceremony during which students performed favorite musical selections before acting out the play “Stuck in the Mud.” A reception was sponsored by their parents, teacher Michele Regnier, and Regnier’s family.

Graduates were Daxton Brewer, Taygyn Gutsch, Delaney Kraus, Tessa Looper, Olivia McIrvin, Levi Smith, and Titus Whiteman.
