Mass of Christian Burial for Dorothy Vainer, 86, who passed away Aug. 31, 2024, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2024, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Great Bend.

Father Prakash Kola will be presiding.

In 1957, she married James “Jim” Vainer, formerly of Marion, and was blessed with three children: David Vainer (and wife Pam) and John Vainer (and wife Lori) of Great Bend and Deborah Quinn (and husband Jim) of Dover, Delaware.
