Dimitri L. Dixon, 56, Great Bend, pleaded no contest Jan. 6 to driving while his license was revoked and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263. Charges of possession of marijuana, transportation of liquor in an open container, and speeding were dismissed.

Angela D. Doty, 45, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 20 with possession of methamphetamine, methamphetamine without a drug tax stamp, and drug paraphernalia, and driving without her driver’s license in her possession.

Natalie F. Goodman entered a 12-month diversion agreement Dec. 2 on a charge of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor. She was ordered to pay a $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, and a $200 fine, complete an alcohol evaluation, and complete 30 hours of community service,

Josey Bruce Hunt, 23, Peabody, was sentenced Nov. 28 to serve 48 hours in jail and a year’s probation and pay $263 for criminal restraint and domestic battery.

Danny Liu formally was charged Jan. 17 with following another vehicle too closely, failure to comply with traffic regulations in a construction zone, battery, and two counts of endangerment.

Andrea D. Malbye formally was charged Jan. 19 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Forrest C. Maris, 36, Peabody, formally was charged Jan. 19 with domestic battery.

A plea of no contest to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs entered Oct. 11 by Michael A. Stultz, 61, Hillsboro, was withdrawn Dec. 14. The case was dismissed.

On the same date in a separate case, Stultz was allowed to withdraw his Oct. 11 plea of no contest to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. A new plea hearing was scheduled.
