Tory R. Elkins formally was charged May 9 with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, morphine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued May 2 for Ardell P. Jones and his bond was revoked after he failed to appear in court for first appearance. He was charged April 5 with distribution or possession with intent to distribute heroin, distribution of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of THC.

Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of drugs, possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor, and driving without a valid registration and driver’s license, and having no proof of insurance filed April 8 against Blake A. Likes were dismissed April 26.

Dustin J. Luchi formally was charged May 4 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and driving while his license was suspended or revoked and speeding.

Darrin W. Tannehill formally was charged May 3 with domestic battery. The charge stems from an April 8 incident for which Tannehill was not arrested. Tannehill earlier was charged Sept. 8 with aggravated domestic battery by choking, endangering a 2-month-old child, criminal restraint, and criminal damage to property. Charges in the September case stem from a Sept. 6 incident with the same victim. The case filed in September was dismissed Oct. 22.

A bench warrant was issued May 2 for Eric J. Williams after he failed to appear in court.
