NEW JAILINGS

Douglas R. Geisinger, 45, Florence, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police on an unspecified warrant. Held without bond.

Stephen L. Gillenwater, 45, Bristow, Oklahoma, jailed Friday for Dickinson County. Held without bond.

Jeremy A. Mallam, 31, Marion, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violation probation. Released an hour later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 17 to Dec. 20, 2021, for failing to appear in court and Nov. 22 to Dec. 1, 2020, for failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of theft.

Ashlee M. Paquette, 28, Peabody, arrested Friday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released three hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Samuel I. Reffett, 42, Galva, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders and on suspicion of making a criminal threat. Released Sunday after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed nine times for a total of all or part of 61 days between Jan. 21, 2022, and March 31, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders four times, for allegedly violating his probation four times, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of domestic battery twice and of single counts of driving without a required anti-drinking interlock, tampering with such an interlock, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Christopher G. Regier, 47, Wichita, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released 5½ hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 60 days. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol twice and of single counts of failing to stop at an accident, speeding, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, having a defective vehicle taillight, transporting an open container of alcohol, conspiracy to contribute to a child’s misconduct, distributing hallucinogens, furnishing cigarettes to a minor, making a criminal threat, criminal damage to property, and possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Gary Williams, 64, Marion, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Held without bond.
