NEW JAILINGS

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 47, Marion, arrested Saturday by Marion police on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, domestic battery, and failing to appear in court. Held initially in lieu of a $10,000 bond, which was reduced Monday to $2,500. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 24 days between Jan. 26, 2018, and May 26, 2022. Previous jailings were for contempt of court once, on court orders three times, for allegedly violating his probation one, and on suspicion of a previous count of domestic battery.

David E. Delgado, 26, Kansas City, Kansas, jailed Oct. 1 for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed March 28 and 29, 2023, also for failing to appear in court.

Richard A. Ferran Jr., 44, Peabody, jailed Oct. 2 for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 29 days between Dec. 7, 2022, and Aug. 4, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders three times, for allegedly violating his probation once, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, having no marijuana tax stamp, making an improper stop or turn signal, violating his driver’s license restrictions, displaying improper vehicle license plates, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Joshua G. French, 18, Marion, arrested Oct. 1 by Marion police on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, criminal damage to property, driving without a valid license, and failing to stop at an accident. Released 17½ hours later without posting a bond.

Andrew C. Green, 24, Peabody, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. Released 32½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Corbin D. Marple, 20, Derby, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released two hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Tricia A. Marshall, 60, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and while her license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 32 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 6 and 7, 2018, on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property, two counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, and interference with law enforcement.

Clifton L. Richmond, 38, Newton, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation three times. Released Monday, apparently on his own recognizance. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 47 days between Sept. 23, 2022, and Dec. 13, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of aggravated battery, possession of marijuana, criminal damage to property, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving while his license was suspended, and two counts each of domestic battery and criminal trespassing.

James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 30, 2023, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failing to stop at an accident, speeding, failing to have vehicle liability insurance, having a defective vehicle taillight, and transporting an open container of alcohol; June 16 to Aug. 2, 2023, on suspicion of conspiring to contribute to a child’s misconduct, distributing hallucinogens, providing tobacco to an underage person, making a criminal threat, criminal damage to property, and possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; and Sept. 22, 2020, on driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol while underage.
