NEW ARRESTS

Amanda K. Adam, 36, McPherson, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Released 19 minutes later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 12 to 14, 2023, on court orders and Nov. 19 and 20, 2022, on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Bradley R. Billinger, 45, McPherson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Nov. 30 to Dec. 13, 2022, for twice failing to appear in court and on suspicion of forgery, theft, counterfeiting, destroying a vehicle identification number, and two counts each of driving an unregistered vehicle, with a license plate not assigned, and without liability insurance and June 12 and 13, 2022, on suspicion of aggravated battery.

Angela D. Doty, 47, Peabody, jailed Friday for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 12 days between Dec. 21, 2022, and April 28, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders three times and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, failing to carry and display a driver’s license, failing to have a drug tax stamp, and allegedly violating her probation.

Tory R. Elkins, 42, Oswego, transferred to county jail Friday for a court appearance. Previously jailed five times for a total of all or part of 14 days between April 8, 2022, and July 23, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for failing to appear in court once, and on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia twice and marijuana and another controlled substance once.

William E. Nichols, 44, Canton, jailed Friday for two weeks on court orders. Previously jailed Nov. 16 and 17 for allegedly violating offender registration.

Michael D. Rindt, 56, El Dorado, jailed Monday on court orders and then transferred Tuesday. Previously jailed Nov. 7, 2022, on suspicion of criminal trespassing and possession of marijuana, stimulants, and drug paraphernalia; April 19, 2023, for failing to appear in court; and May 2 to 4, 2024, also for failing to appear in court.

Eric J. Williams, 36, Marion, arrested Aug. 21 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery. Held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. Previously jailed 25 times for a total of all or part of 213 days between Dec. 21, 2017, and May 29, 2024. Previous jailings were for contempt of court twice, for bond revocation once, on court orders twice, on hold for the Department of Corrections once, for failing to appear in court 16 times, for allegedly violating his probation five times, and on suspicion of driving without a valid license; burglary; felony criminal damage to property; fleeing or attempting to elude police; possession of drug paraphernalia, stimulants, and marijuana; and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
