NEW JAILINGS

Paul F. Baatrup, 23, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 10 times for a total of 108 days between April 15, 2019, and April 21, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of violating offender registration three times.

Angela D. Doty, 46, Peabody, jailed Thursday for 72 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 21 to 23, 2022, on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, having no marijuana tax stamp, failing to exhibit a driver’s license, and violating her probation, and Dec. 4 and 5, 2023, and March 29 to 31 on court orders.

Tessa D. Gray, 41, Peabody, arrested April 23 by Peabody police for allegedly violating her probation. Held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

Johannah R. Latham, 19, Lehigh, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Bond not set. Previously jailed Feb. 25 to 28, 2023, on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property; June 24 to 29, 2023, again on suspicion of domestic battery; July 4 to 11, 2023, on suspicion of a third count of domestic battery; and March 29 to April 1 for allegedly violating her probation.

Cierra S. Nolen, 33, Wichita, arrested April 24 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving while her license was suspended and without liability insurance. Released 11 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

William R. Shearer, 42, Florence, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of nine days between Dec. 22, 2021, and Aug. 14, 2023. Previously jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of violating his probation, twice violating an order of protection, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container of alcohol, endangering a child, and twice driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.
