NEW JAILINGS

Darin L. Hill, 53, Ramona, arrested Thursday by a deputy sheriff on suspicion of stalking in violation of an order of protection. Released 25 minutes later without bond. Previously jailed June 6 on suspicion of the same charges; Nov. 1 to 9, 2020, on court orders and for failing to appear in court; and July 13, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Calvin W. Lee, 49, Lost Springs, arrested Jan. 3 by a deputy sheriff on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, failing to display evidence of vehicle liability insurance, driving without a valid license, displaying a license plate not assigned to his vehicle, and transporting an open container of alcohol. Released 16 hours later posting a $1,500 surety bond.

Penny L. Rusch, 49, Rolla, arrested Monday by a deputy sheriff on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Released four hours later after posting a $2,500 surety bond.

Eric A. Wilcynski, 42, Newton, jailed Sunday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Feb. 28, 2018, on suspicion of theft.
