Joseph L. Donnell, 31, Wichita, arrested Friday by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court. Released an hour later after posting $500 cash bail. Previously jailed Nov. 28 to 29, 2017, on suspicion of cultivation or distribution of controlled substances and possession of hallucinogens and drug paraphernalia. He was released that time on a personal recognizance note of $10,000.

Delton L. Kirk, 31, Wichita, jailed Nov. 23 for five days on court orders.
