NEW jailings

Jordan L. Fryhover, 22, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday to serve a five-day sentence. Previously jailed Oct. 6 to Dec. 8 for failure to appear in court and Feb. 6, 2020, to Feb. 17, 2020, on suspicion of theft and possession of opiates and drug paraphernalia.

Richard D. Hill, 33, Wichita, was arrested by sheriff’s deputies Tuesday on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Previously jailed Dec. 12 to Jan. 7 on suspicion of aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, and theft, and July 5, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery.

Patrick J. Hubnik, 37, Salina, arrested Saturday by troopers on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving left of center. Released two hours later on $2,500 surety bond.

Richard T. Litton, 35, Peabody, arrested April 6 by Marion police on suspicion of battery or a law enforcement officer and assault of a law enforcement officer. Held in lieu of $5,000 surety bond. Previously jailed Dec. 2 to 22 for failure to appear in court and probation violation, Oct. 8 on suspicion of domestic battery, May 13 to June 5 to hold for court, Jan. 9 to 10, 2020, on suspicion of domestic battery, Nov. 30 to Dec. 11, 2019, for failure to appear in court, Nov. 3 to Nov. 11, 2019, on suspicion of domestic battery, Oct. 10 to 11, 2019, on suspicion of battery and interference with law enforcement, and Feb. 1 to April 12, 2018, on suspicion of disorderly conduct, falsely reporting a crime, aggravated assault, assault of a law enforcement officer, and endangering a child, and criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Tracy D. Morse, 48, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, arrested April 6 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Carl A. Scates, 61, Burns, arrested Thursday by sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of domestic battery and interference with a law enforcement officer. Released Saturday on $2,500 surety bond.

Robert J. Stefan, 61, Marion, arrested Friday by sheriff’s deputies on a warrant alleging failure to appear in court. Released two hours later on $1,000 surety bond.

Michael A. Stultz, 59, Hillsboro, arrested Tuesday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence.
