Youth baseball, softball registration extended

Any children planning to play in Cottonwood Valley League baseball or softball will now have until April 10 to register, provided the season continues as planned.

Hillsboro community Blastball, T-Ball, and pitching machine registration have also been extended through April 10.

Other programs through Hillsboro Recreation Commission, like martial arts, gymnastics, Easter cookie decorating classes, and Tabor College’s youth soccer camp, have been canceled.

Yoga at Hillsboro city building and Studio 23 Dance classes are postponed.

All activities through Marion Parks and Recreation are postponed.

Decisions for Peabody recreation activities are to have been made at this week’s planned meeting.
