Tampa Triple T’s

The roll call for the November meeting of Tampa Triple T’s was “give me your best turkey gobble imitation.”

The meeting was 5:30 p.m. Nov. 15 at Tampa Senior Center. Members were reminded to get their online enrollment done by Dec. 1, and were also informed that all exhibits will have to be pre-entered online for the 2016 Marion County Fair, which will be July 28-31.

No projects were talked about, but community leader Kim Oborny went over basic information for new members.

A game was played to get to know each other better, and refreshments were served by the Berens family.

The Christmas party is scheduled for 5 p.m. Dec. 13. Each member is asked to bring a $5 gift for another child and one dozen home cookies or fruits and one gift to go into community gift baskets.
