Steve Greenemeyer

Stephen Lee Greenemeyer left this world on June 27, 2017.

He was born March 25, 1944, to Leeland and Josephine (Hein) Greenemeyer in Marion, Kansas.

Steve graduated from Marion High School class of 1962 and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Emporia State College in 1966. He was a beloved math teacher and coach in Concordia and Marion, Kansas, for 13 years. Steve retired from a successful management career at Southwestern Bell. In retirement, he opened and managed a Harley-Davidson Store in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he lived for 35 years.

Steve was a 32nd degree Mason, loved motorcycles, fishing, his dogs, and his family. He will be greatly missed and will live in our hearts forever.

He leaves behind with much love his wife, Patty, of 28 years; twin daughters Kyle Painton and husband, Cory, and Briana Greenemeyer; stepson Christopher Rabjohn and wife, Cattima; and mother-in-law, Dorothy Vandenack, all of Oklahoma. He was a loving “grandpa” to Blake and Emily Egelston and many cousins.
