Stephen A. Klenda, 59, died Wednesday at the St. Luke Hospital Emergency. 

He was born April 15, 1957, to Leonard and Theresa (Polok) Klenda in Lincolnville. 

He married Tamera K. Swarts on July 10, 1982. 

He farmed and was a welder.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Isabel Klenda and Timothy Klenda. 

He is survived by wife Tamera of Lincolnville; mother Theresa Klenda of Lincolnville; children, Stephanie Byer of Hays, Russell Klenda of Wamego, and Brandon Klenda of Lincolnville; siblings  Dennis Klenda of Pilsen, Val Klenda of Lincolnville, Vincent Klenda of Salina, Monica Leihy of Hillsboro, and Francie Mueller of Tampa; and six grandchildren.

All services were at Holy Family Parish, St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church, in Pilsen.  The Rosary was recited on Sunday evening.  The Funeral Mass was Monday.  Interment was in Pilsen Cemetery.
