SENIOR CENTER:   Seniors work on a 2,000-piece puzzle

Marion Senior Center

Jackie Volbrecht brought in a 2,000-piece jigsaw puzzle of The Last Supper with a challenge to complete it by Easter.

Physician Randy Whitely gave a timely program on influenza Jan. 17. Extra information sheets were delivered to meals-on-wheels recipients the next day.

The Aulne United Methodist birthday group came in Jan. 23. They were honoring Larry Ensey, Betty Just, and Evelyn Hett. The Lutheran Church lunch bunch also attended.

Dawn Miller of Angels Care gave a program on “Understanding your medications.”

Gayla Ratzlaff will give a program Feb. 7 on “Second Saturday Serve,” an activity established by Church of the King in which members provide a community service day the second Saturday of every month.
