Joan Meyer, Sue Clough, and Janet Bryant read modern poems to celebrate Poem in Your Pocket Day on April 26. Jim Hett recited a more traditional poem.

The Lunch Bunch ate lunch at the center May 1. They are women who went to school together and/or worked together.

Myrta Billings began a nutritional series on May 2 that will continue through May 23.

Marion County Senior Citizens board will meet at the center on May 18.

The center’s first makeup meal will be May 19 with Harlow Warneke’s grilled hamburgers.
