Pro-life bikers
to stop in Marion

Seven members of one of four teams bicycling across portions of the U.S. to support pro-life causes will be guests of Holy Family Parish at a potluck dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Marion Activity Center.

Biking for Babies, founded in 2009, is sending four teams on four-day bike rides that will converge July 14 in St. Louis.

The team that will spend Tuesday night in Marion will start Sunday from Holly, Colorado. Other teams are starting from Green Bay, Wisconsin; Columbus, Ohio; and Tylertown, Texas.

Money raised by the bikers, who refer to themselves as missionaries, will help support pregnancy resource centers.
