Nov. 8 — When a person reported a stolen bicycle and a suspect, investigation revealed that the suspect had purchased the bike out-of-town and was not the person who had stolen it. Several smashed pumpkins on the west side of town and dog and traffic complaints were investigated.
Nov. 9 — A motorist’s lost driver’s license was located and returned, there was a non-injury accident in the 100 block of N. Birch St., and suspicious activity was investigated in the 100 block of S. Main St.
Nov. 10 — A person was arrested on charges of an outstanding warrant in the 300 block of W. Third St. An Emergency message was delivered in the 400 block of N. Ash St. A student at Tabor College reported that someone had stolen his medication.
Nov. 11 — Two dog complaints were investigated, one at Carriage Hills, the other in the 200 block of S. Birch St. was discovered to be a partial pit bull and ordered to be removed from city limits.
Thursday — Reports of a residential alarm, a person parking in the grass in the 200 block of W. B St., and a parking complaint at Kennedy and A Sts. were investigated.
