April 8 — Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 400 block of S. Adams St. and a dog complaint at D and Wilson Sts.

April 9 — Officers responded to a child custody dispute in the 400 block of W. Grand St., assisted a motorist at Ash and US-56, and investigated a dispute between a landlord and tenant in the 400 block of W. Grand St.

April 10 — Officers investigated reports of suspicious people in the 300 block of W. B St. and theft in the 700 block of E. 1st St., assisted a motorist in the 300 block of S. Ash St., and performed civil standby in the 400 block of W. Grand St.

April 11 — Officers investigated a report of criminal damage on Willow Rd. and took a report from a mother about her daughter being bullied.

Thursday — Officers performed a welfare check in the 300 block of E. First St., assisted a motorist on US-56, intervened in a child custody dispute in the 400 block of W. Grand St., and investigated reports of suspicious activity on Prairie Pointe and in the 200 block of S. Main St.

Friday — Officers investigated a dog complaint in the 200 block of S. Birch St.

Saturday — Officers arrested a subject on suspicion of battery, criminal threat, conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery, conspiracy to commit kidnapping, and conspiracy to commit theft, investigated a report of cattle out in the 500 block of N. Adams St., and performed a welfare check on Park Circle.

April 9 — A child was taken into police protective custody and a burglary and theft report was taken in the 600 block of N. Maple St.

April 10 — Police investigated and solved a theft report in 600 block of E. 5th St.

April 11 — A report of theft was investigated by police in the 300 block of N. Vine St. and an unattended death was reported in the 200 block of E. Central St.

April 12 — A health and safety investigation was conducted in the 400 block of N. Plum St.
