PEO chapter meets

PEO Chapter DB met at Marion Public Library Aug. 29 with 23 members present. Belinda Skiles and Susan Robson were hostesses and served a brownie dessert. 

Yearbooks for the 2016-2017 PEO year were distributed.

Mary Gill has transferred from Chapter ER in Arlington.

The chapter will sell mum plants at Art in the Park Sept. 17. Proceeds will go toward funding the local PEO Scholarship for Marion High School senior girls. 

The next meeting will be at 7 p.m. Sept. 19 at Eastmoor United Methodist Church.
