A Peabody teenager reported missing the evening of Nov. 19 in the 200 block of S. Olive St. was found the morning of Nov. 20 in Peabody.

The teen’s reason for running away remains unknown, said Peabody police chief Bruce Burke.

A search warrant was issued the day after the teenager was found based on information from the investigation, he said.

The matter remains under investigation, Burke said.
