Criminal damage

Ronald D. Weibert, rural Durham, reported damage characterized as minor between 8 p.m., presumably March 25, and 11:51 a.m. March 26 to a fence near 350th and Alamo Rds., according to a report released Friday.

Criminal damage

DeLane K. Kellogg, Burns, reported Thursday that damage estimated as costing $1,000 was done two months earlier to metal siding he apparently owned on property adjacent to his in the 100 block of Nickerson St. in Burns.

HILLSBORO

Possession of marijuana, THC, and drug paraphernalia

Three smoking devices, four THC vape cartridges, and 24 grams of marijuana, enough for more than 70 joints, were seized after police investigated a report of a burnt marijuana odor at 10:25 a.m. Sunday at a Vintage Apartments duplex in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St.

According to police, a resident was located, consented to a search, and surrendered the items.

The case was referred to the county attorney for possible charges.
