Criminal trespass, remain in defiance of order by owner

Paul E. Morrison, 41, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and remaining in defiance of order by owner at 9:25 p.m. Nov. 13 at 506 W. Grand St. after reportedly returning to a property at Grand Oaks Apartments allegedly knowing that he had not received notification that he was allowed on the property again.
