SHERIFF’S
Theft
A Savage 308 rifle valued at $500 and owned by Ethan Wessel, 27, Marion, was reported stolen from a vehicle in a parking lot along US-77 between 160th and 170th Rds. between 9:15 p.m. Oct. 11 and 8:35 a.m. Oct. 12.
Criminal damage to property
A 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 owned by Elizabeth Patterson, 35, Florence, reportedly received $1,200 of damage between Sept. 14 and Sept. 15 in the 600 block of Main St., Florence.
Cruelty to animals
A dog belonging to Rebecca Williams, 45, Lincolnville, was reportedly shot between 1 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. Sept. 11 on Unicorn Rd. north of 250th Rd.
Burglary
Antique handsaws valued at $100 were reportedly stolen from Nancy Marr, 76, Marion, between 7 p.m. Oct. 8 and 7 p.m. Oct. 9 from Old Mill Rd. between 160th and 170th Rds. in Marion.
