Criminal trespass
Cooperative Grain and Supply, Hillsboro, reported a case of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property that happened between 2 p.m. March 31 and 8:30 a.m. April 1. A towel dispenser valued at $30 had been damaged, destroyed, or vandalized in a commercial building.

Driving under the influence of alcohol
Thomas Tajchman, 24, Marion, was arrested after police investigated a report of an intoxicated person mowing a yard and throwing debris into the street in the 200 block of N. Freeborn St. at 8:09 p.m. Sunday.
Police reports indicated officers witnessed Tajchman drinking and driving a riding lawn mower.
Tajchman faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation of an open container.
Possession of drugs with intent to distribute
Jaron Palmer, 19, Wichita, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. Thursday near US-56 and Eisenhower St. on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamines, criminal use of weapons, defective tag lamp, and no proof of liability insurance.
