Mary Seibel

Homemaker Mary Seibel, 95, died Aug. 2 at Hillsboro Community Hospital.

Services were Friday at Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church, with internment at Gnadenau Cemetery, south of Hillsboro.  

She was born Dec. 3, 1920, to Martin and Mary (Lohrenz) Koslowsky in Marion County.  

Survivors include son Eugene Seibel of Bethalto, Illinois; daughter Eleanor Jost of Hillsboro; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband in 2004 and a granddaughter.  

Memorials have been established with Samaritan’s Purse, Parkside Home, or Parkview Church.
