Loreen Ratzloff

The family of Loreen Ratzloff, Newton, who will turn 90 on Feb. 3, is requesting a card shower for her.

Ratzloff was a mig welder at Hesston Corp. for many years before becoming a licensed practical nurse and working at Peabody Memorial Nursing Home and Friendly Acres in Newton.

She raised her kids in the Peabody-Burns school district.

She has nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchilren. 

Because of COVID-19, her family has postponed birthday celebrations.

In the meantime, they are asking friends and relatives to send a card to 307 W. 24th St. Apt. 22, North Newton, KS 67117.
