Lincolnville Wide Awake

This month’s meeting was held Aug. 6. Roll call was, “When is your birthday?” There were nine members, three leaders, and three senior citizens.

Doris Winkler sent a thank-you note for the hanging plant the club gave her.

Centre High School has an open house from 6 to 7 p.m. Aug. 16 and the 4-H club will set up a table to try and get new members to join.

The club invited senior citizens to our mini-fair. We showed all the projects we entered to the fairs and displayed the ribbons received. The 4-H members explained how they made their projects and what the judges said.

The next meeting is Sept. 10.
