Kenneth Jost

Services for Kenneth Jost, 94, who died Sept. 4 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro, will be 1 p.m. Sept. 22 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

Relatives will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 21 at the church.

Born Jan. 12, 1929, in Newton to John B. and Susie (Wohlgemuth) Jost, he married Jean Neufeld on June 4, 1950. She preceded him in death.

Survivors include daughter Beverly Kanust of Peabody, sons Dallas Jost of rural Hillsboro and K.C. Jost, brother John W. Jost of California, sister Virginia Bestvater of Newton, eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Memorials have been established with Hillsboro Senior Center or the church.
