Author Teresa Hett Higgins will visit Marion City Library from noon to 2 p.m. Friday in the Santa Fe Room.

Higgins will be signing copies of her new book “A Blessed Life Together.”

The book contains over 45 years worth of journal entries from Higgins, and deals with the struggles and joys Higgins and her husband, Bill, have faced.

Higgins was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1990, and the book was written by using voice activated software.
