Hetts gather for annual celebration

Jackie Hett was hostess for a family Christmas celebration Thursday at a Wichita motel.

It was the 30th year for the event at the same hotel.

Guests from Marion included Travis and Kelley Schafers, JayDee, Emily, and Trevor; Jeff and Laura Ensey, Zeke and Elizabeth; Jeremy and Tammy Ensey, Peyton, Paige, and Avery; and Melanie and Larry Ensey.

Wichita guests included Ken and Melinda Helmer and Tim and Lauran Hartland, Adelyn and Avery.

Guests from elsewhere in Kansas included Leslie Helmer of Bel Aire; Joel and Laura Jean Ensey and Ezra of Ellsworth; and Jared and Kathy Ensey, Julie, Aron, Elise, and Daniel of Valley Center.

Out-of-state guests included Erica and Ron Demeritt, Kai, Ari, and Indi of Rosewell, Georgia; Tim and Melissa O’Sullivan of Tulsa; Emily and Noah Carter, Liv, Rowan, and Finn, also of Tulsa; Ryan O’Sullivan of Fayetteville, Arkansas; amd Senushi O’Sullivan of Oklahoma City.

Ryan recently completed orthodontic school, and Senushi is completing a medical residency.

Evening visitors were Lowell and Lela Ensey, Dakota Buchanan, and Seth Beytien, all of Wichita.

Erica, Kai, Ari, and Indi were guests of Jackie in Marion the following week.
