The combined Marion/ Peabody-Burns golf team competed Thursday at Remington.

Coach Topher Rome said Remington had not sent the official team results of the tournament as of Monday.

Jade Corona finished at 101, the team’s best score. Austin Molleker shot a 107, Jarrett Johnson shot a 109, Zach Stephey shot a 119, and Devin Soyez shot a 136.

“Our goal as a team is to get to the point where we shoot four scores in the 90s,” Rome said. “So this tournament was a bit of a setback. However, we get a chance to play the same course this week. Hopefully, we learn from the first tournament and show improvement.”
