Gerald Houser

Gerald Houser, 61, died Dec. 9 at Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.  

A funeral service was Friday at Holy Family Parish, St. Mark Church, Marion. It was preceded by a Rosary.

Family received guests Thursday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.  

Houser was born Jan. 14, 1955, to George and Agnes Houser in Norman, Oklahoma.  

He married Martha Viktora Nov. 13, 1987, in Wichita. She survives.

Survivors also include son Justin Houser of Seattle; daughters Cassie Ransom of Wichita and Alecia Comer of Marshfield, Massachusetts; brothers Grant of Phoenix, and Gary and Geoffrey, both of Junction City; and three grandchildren.

Memorials are requested to Holy Family Parish and Carmel of the Immaculate Heart of Mary of Powell, Wyoming,
in care of the funeral home.
