A Scarecrow Scramble two-mile fun run will kick off Octoberfest events Oct. 7 in Lincolnville.

Registration will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the community building, and the race will begin at 8 a.m.

Pre-registration forms are available at Lanning Pharmacy in Marion and the Centre schools office.

Pre-registration fee is $10, and will be $15 on the day of the race. Checks should be made payable to Centre PTO.

Registrations can be mailed to Brandy Hanson, 208 W. Alexander, Lost Springs KS 66859 or dropped off at Centre.
