Parkwood St., Wichita, 12-month diversion agreement entered into Dec. 29 for operating a vessel under the influence, fined $453, must complete an ASAP evaluation and provide proof within 30 days, shall not consume or ingest alcohol, cereal malt beverages, or illicit drugs during diversion period, diversion agreement will terminate once successfully completed.
