Sept. 29

1:01 a.m. — A 70-year-old man showing signs of a stroke, at Peabody Health and Rehab, was taken to Via-Christi St. Francis, Wichita, by Peabody ambulance.

11:35 a.m. — A 78-year-old woman who fainted near 230th and Bluestem Rds. was taken to Newton Med by Marion ambulance.

2:41 p.m. — A man who was feeling dizzy near 160th and Sunflower Rds., was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Marion ambulance.

3:14 p.m. — A 51-year-old woman who was lying on the floor in the 400 block of N. Roosevelt St., Marion refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance, no patient was found.

sept. 30

12:03 p.m. — A medical alarm company reported a pendant that was activated in the 500 block of S. Cedar St., Marion. It was an accidentally pushed.

2:23 p.m. — An elderly man who fell in the 100 block of 6th St., Florence was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

thursday

2:01 a.m. — A 84-year-old woman who was feeling ill 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

6:55 a.m. — A 72-year-old man who was found lying on the ground in the 200 block of N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro, was taken to Hillsboro Community Hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:12 a.m. — A person who was hollering for help at Oakwood Apartments in Hillsboro, was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

12:18 p.m. — A 41-year-old woman who was not eating in the 200 block of N. Maple St., Peabody, was taken to Newton Med by Peabody ambulance. Hillsboro ambulance rendezvoused with Peabody ambulance at US-50 and Indigo Rd.

4:55 p.m. — A person with low blood sugar near Vista and 280th Rds., refused to be taken to hospital by Marion ambulance.

5:08 p.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to Via Christi St. Teresa, Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

5:56 p.m. — HCH was requesting assistance with CPR from Marion ambulance and Hillsboro firefighters

7:50 p.m. — Marion firefighters were called to a possible grass fire near Old Mill Rd., and US-56. No fire was found.

2:41 a.m. — A HCH patient was transferred to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

saturday

11:33 a.m. — An 81-year-old woman who was vomiting blood at Bethesda Home assisted living, Goessel, was taken to Newton Med by Hillsboro ambulance. A Goessel first responder was also on scene.

12:28 p.m. — An elderly woman who was bleeding in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

1:53 p.m. — An 88-year-old man at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

3:16 p.m. — A 15-year-old boy who was having a seizure in the Kansas Department of Transportation parking lot, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

4:21 p.m. — A HCH patient was transferred to Kansas Heart Hospital, Wichita, by Hillsboro ambulance.

4:58 p.m. — An 84-year-old woman who was ill in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

5:52 p.m. — An 8-year-old boy who was having a seizure in the 400 block of N. Locust St., Marion, was taken to Wesley Medical Center by Marion ambulance.

sunday

1:26 p.m. — A 66-year-old man who had low blood sugar in the 900 block of Denver St., Marion was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

10:16 p.m. — A officer requested Hillsboro ambulance dispatched to the 100 block of N. Ash St., Hillsboro, for a 65-year-old with cuts on his arm. He refused to be taken to a hospital.

monday

7:14 a.m. — A 84-year-old woman with a nose bleed in the 200 block of Cedar St., Hillsboro was taken to St. Luke by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:10 a.m. — Peabody ambulance and Marion firefighters were called to a one-vehicle rollover near 140th and Pawnee Rds. No one was taken to a hospital.

10:14 a.m. — A person who fell and needed help getting up near 110th and Union Rds., was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

11:10 a.m. — A woman who was feeling faint was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance backup unit.

1:19 p.m. — A 74-year-old woman who was weak in the 400 block of Case St., Lehigh, was taken to HCH by Marion ambulance.

1:19 p.m. — A possible stroke victim in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St., Hillsboro, was taken to St. Luke by Hillsboro ambulance.

1:39 p.m. — Marion’s backup, and Peabody ambulance, Marion firefighters, and Marion rescue were called to a accident at the round-about at US-56/77 and K-150. No one was injured and everyone was canceled to the call.

2:01 p.m. — A man who had passed out at Subway in Marion, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion’s backup ambulance.

5:53 p.m. — A St. Luke patient was taken to Newton Med by Marion ambulance.

8:58 p.m. — An alarm company reported an activated medical pendant in the 100 block of Adams St., Lincolnville. The patient was taken to HCH by Tampa ambulance. Lincolnville first responders were also on scene.
