Oct. 22

7:39 a.m. — A patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital was transferred to Wesley Medical Center emergency room by Hillsboro ambulance.

8:44 a.m. — Lincolnville, Hillsboro, and Marion firefighters and Marion ambulance were called to help sheriff officers search for a missing person near 290th and Sunflower Rds. He was found but refused to be taken to a hospital.

11:32 a.m. — A patient who fell at Panzer Chiropractic in Hillsboro was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

6:16 p.m. — A medical alarm company called for a person having a reaction to a medication in the 400 block of N. Spruce St., Peabody. The person was taken to St. Luke by Peabody ambulance.

7:46 p.m. — An 85-year-old man who had a seizure at Parkside Homes Assisted Living in Hillsboro was taken to HCH by Hillsboro ambulance.

wednesday

8:17 a.m. — A man was found on the ground bleeding in the 400 block of N. Ash St., Hillsboro, was taken to St. Francis in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

4:29 p.m. — Tampa firefighters were called to a hay bale on fired near 310th and Limestone Rds.

4:31 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to Newton Medical Center by Marion ambulance.

6:30 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Francis in Wichita by Marion ambulance.

thursday

3:31 a.m. — An 84-year-old woman who fell in the 200 block of Eisenhower St., Marion, she was helped up by Marion ambulance but refused to be taken to a hospital.

8:42 a.m. — A 45-year-woman who was ill in the 400 block of N. Freeborn St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

11:27 a.m. — Tampa and Durham firefighters were called to a possible fire near 360th Rd., and K-15. There was no fire found, it was blowing dust.

11:46 a.m. — Lincolnville firefighters were called to a oil jack on fire near 240th and Timber Rds.

11:18 p.m. — An 83-year-old man who was having abdominal pains and was hallucinating at Bethesda Home in Goessel, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Hillsboro ambulance.

friday

1:48 p.m. — An alarm company called an alert for a man who fell out of his wheelchair in the 1500 block of E. Main St., Marion. He was helped back up but refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

10:08 p.m. — A woman who was having a seizure in the 200 block of W. 10th St., Florence, refused to be taken to a hospital by Florence ambulance.

11:18 p.m. — A woman with a possible broken nose in the 100 block of Marion St., Lehigh, refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

saturday

8:31 a.m. — A 91-year-old woman who injured her hip in a fall at Salem Apartments in Hillsboro was taken to Newton Medical Center by Hillsboro ambulance.

11:20 a.m. — A woman who fell in the 400 block of N. Spruce St., Peabody was helped up but refused to be taken to a hospital by Peabody ambulance.

4:28 p.m. — Goessel firefighters were called to a barrel that was set on fire in the 100 block of N. Buller St., Goessel.

5:25 p.m. — Ramona firefighters were called to the site of the old coop building in Ramona for a fire that had rekindled from the previous day.

7:48 p.m. — An elderly woman who fell in the 400 block of E. Marion St., Goessel was helped up but refused to be taken to a hospital. A Goessel first responder and Hillsboro ambulance were paged and Goessel firefighters were called for lift assist.

8:43 p.m. — An alarm company called an alert for an elderly woman who fell in the 1500 block of E. Main St., Marion, no patient was found and Marion ambulance returned to the station.

sunday

1:03 a.m. — A sheriffs’ officer requested Marion ambulance and Florence first responders to respond to the 200 block of W. 2nd St., Florence for a 43-year-old man who was an assault victim. He was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

9:52 a.m. — A cancer patient in the 100 block of S. Washington St., Burns was taken to Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital by Marion ambulance.

11:53 a.m. — A woman who was having chest and back pain in the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St., Marion was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

1:19 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Francis in Wichita by Marion ambulance.

10:50 p.m. — An 80-year-old man who was having trouble breathing in the 300 block of N. Coble St., Marion was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

monday

5:30 a.m. — A woman who was unresponsive in the 400 block of Sycamore St., Peabody was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita by Marion ambulance. Peabody ambulance was also on scene.

10:47 a.m. — An 82-year-old man who fell out of bed near 210th and Sunrise Rds., was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

11:03 a.m. — An 82-year-old woman at the St. Luke Clinic in Marion was transferred to Wesley ER in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

3:00 p.m. — A resident from St. Luke Living Center was transferred to Newton Medical Center by Marion ambulance.

5:34 p.m. — A 18-year-old pregnant woman who was having a seizure in the 400 block of N. Sycamore St., Peabody, was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita by Peabody ambulance.
