Sept. 17

3:01 a.m. — An 81-year-old man who fell in the 100 block of N. Wilson St., Hillsboro. He was helped up and refused to be taken to a hospital by Hillsboro ambulance.

5:33 a.m. — A woman who fell in the 400 block of Grandview St., Florence, was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Florence ambulance. Florence firefighters were called for lift assist.

6:28 p.m. — A patient from Hillsboro Community Hospital was transferred to St. Francis in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

9:16 p.m. — A 35-year-old woman who fell and was vomiting blood in the 300 block of N. C St., Ramona, was taken to HCH by Tampa ambulance.

11:56 p.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to St. Francis in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

wednesday

12:28 a.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to St. Francis by Tampa ambulance.

9:47 a.m. — A 36-year-old woman who was having left arm and chest pains in the 200 block of N. Roosevelt St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke Hospital by Marion ambulance.

1:39 p.m. — A 49-year-old woman who fell off her porch in the 700 block of N. Poplar St., Peabody, was taken to St. Luke by Peabody ambulance.

6:29 p.m. — A 88-year-old woman who fell and hurt her hip in the 1500 block of E. Main St., Marion, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

thursday

1:42 a.m. — A 65-year-old man who fell in the 200 block of Elm St., Peabody, was taken to Newton Medical Center by Peabody ambulance.

friday

10:06 a.m. — A 91-year-old woman who was having difficulty breathing in the 100 block of N. Church St., Burns, was taken to NMC by Marion ambulance. Burns first responders also responded to the call.

7:23 p.m. — A medical alarm company called in for a 58-year-old man who fell in the 100 block of S. Nickerson Ave, Burns, A Burns first responder and Florence ambulance responded. He was not taken to a hospital.

11:21 p.m. — A 70-year-old woman who was having stroke-like symptoms at Bethesda Home in Goessel, was taken to NMC, who refused her. She refused to be taken to another hospital and was taken back to Bethesda Home by Hillsboro ambulance.

saturday

12:55 p.m. — A 49-year-old woman from Westview Manor in Peabody, was taken to St. Luke per doctor request by Marion ambulance.

5:10 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to NMC by Marion ambulance.

6:19 p.m. — Lincolnville firefighters resopnded to hay bales on fire near Wagonwheel and 290th Rds.

10:30 p.m. — Hillsboro firefighters, and rescue, and Hillsboro, and Tampa ambulances were called to an injury accident near Eagle and 230th Rds. One person was taken to HCH by Tampa ambulance, another person was taken to St. Francis in Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

10:31 p.m. — A person needing lift assistance was called in by a medical alarm company in the 200 block of W. B St., Hillsboro, refused to be taken to a hospital by Marion ambulance.

sunday

2:37 p.m. — A patient from HCH was transferred to Wesley Medical Center, Wichita by Hillsboro ambulance.

9:58 a.m. — An elderly man with an unknown medical emergency at the Lutheran Church in the 300 block of S. Cedar St., Marion, was taken to St. Luke by Marion ambulance.

9:13 p.m. — Peabody firefighters were requested by an officer, to check for a gas leak near 9th and Walnut Sts. in Peabody.

9:38 p.m. — A 65-year-old man who was having abdominal pain in the 200 block of E. Elm St., Peabody, was taken to NMC by Peabody ambulance.

monday

5:21 a.m. — Officer requested Hillsboro firefighters to help find a strange order in the 200 block of S. Cedar St., Hillsboro. No gas leak was found.

7:06 a.m. — Marion firefighters were called to a tire on fire in near Main and Coble Sts., Marion.

10:28 a.m. — A 49-year-old man who fell out of his wheelchair at Carlson’s Grocery Store in Marion, was helped up and had left the store before the ambulance arrived.

7:09 p.m. — A patient from St. Luke was transferred to St. Francis in Wichita by Marion ambulance.
