Feb. 23

4:33 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Main St. for a man with difficulty breathing. The man was not transported.

9:34 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Locust for a woman who was lethargic. She was transported to Newton Medical.

6:04 p.m. — Tampa ambulance responded to the 100 block of W. 4th St. in Ramona for a man in his 60s who was nauseous and dizzy. He was transported to St. Luke Hospital.

Feb. 24

8:29 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a resident with pneumonia from Parkside Homes to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

8:42 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Main St. for a person who suffered a possible stroke. The person was transported to St. Luke.

12:44 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to Via Christi St. Francis.

6:40 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a woman in her 80s with a possible head injury from Bethesda Home in Goessel to Newton Medical Center.

Thursday

4:17 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to Parkside Homes for a man in his 80s who fell and was complaining of neck pain. He was transported to HCH.

6:27 p.m. — Marion ambulance and Marion fire responded to Marion Presbyterian Church at Elm and Lawrence Sts. after a vehicle struck a gas meter causing gas to leak.

7:39 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 500 block of W. Grand St. to help a man who had fallen get up. The man was not transported.

friday

5:10 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to Marion Assisted Living for a woman in her 90s with stomach issues. She was transported to St. Luke.

7:37 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 700 block of E. Main St. for a woman in her 80s with extreme back pain. She was transported to St. Luke, and Marion fire provided lifting assistance.

10:01 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to Bethesda Homes in Goessel for a woman with a low level of consciousness. She was transported to Newton Medical Center.

9:44 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to St. Francis.

Saturday

12:27 a.m. — Tampa ambulance responded to the 500 block of Lincoln St. for a woman in her 60s who fell. No transportation was provided.

10:53 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to a vehicle on US-50 between Peabody and Florence for a passenger suffering from a possible seizure.

11:27 a.m. — Hillsboro fire responded to 300 block of N. Madison St. for a fire in a fire pit that spread to a neighbor’s yard.

12:43 p.m. — Tampa fire responded to the 300 block of Roosevelt St. for a yard on fire.

3:11 p.m. — Peabody fire, Florence fire, and Walton fire responded to west of Nighthawk Rd. between 40th and 50th Rds. for a grass fire.

3:58 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Ash St. after a medical alert company notified dispatchers. The person was transported to HCH.

sunday

5:42 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported an elderly woman having leg pain from the 300 block of Elm St. to St. Luke. Marion fire was called for lifting assistance.

10:24 a.m. — Peabody fire was called to Nighthawk Rd. for a couple of hot spots from the Saturday fire.

3:55 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to Midway Motors after a vehicle ran over a person’s legs. The person was transported to HCH.

11:41 p.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 400 block of Locust St. for an elderly woman who was unresponsive with a high pulse rate. She was transported to Newton Medical Center.

monday

7:09 a.m. — Peabody ambulance responded to the 500 block of N. Vine St. for an elderly woman who had fallen. The woman went by private vehicle to an undisclosed location.

11:56 a.m. — Marion rescue, Ramona fire, and Tampa ambulance were called to a one-vehicle accident west of Pawnee on 360th Rd. A person was transported to St. Luke.

2:00 p.m. — Florence ambulance responded to an unspecified location and transported a patient to St. Luke.

2:01 p.m. — Peabody fire responded to Nighthawk Rd. for more hotspots from Saturday’s fire.

2:39 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 400 block of N. Freeborn St. for a woman in her 70s who had fallen and needed assistance getting up.

4:29 p.m. — Marion ambulance transferred a patient from St. Luke to Newton Medical Center.

8:00 p.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 1500 block of E. Lawrence St. to assist a man whose respirator hose broke.
