Elsie E. Reiswig, 80, died Dec. 6 at St. Luke Living Center in Marion.

She was born on Oct. 23, 1936, to Elmer and Emma (Martz) Abell in Kansas City, Kansas. She attended school in Olathe.

She and her husband Virgil moved to Marion in 1996.

She volunteered at the Marion Senior Center and was an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil in 1998 and daughter Monica Campbell.

She is survived by sons Lloyd Campbell of Tampa, Florida, and Charles Campbell of Midlowthian, Virginia; brothers Edward of Odessa, Missouri, and Earl of Kansas City, Kansas; sister Elma Newton of Oak Hill; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
