Edward's hours change

Hours at Marion’s newest restaurant have been shortened until the restaurant gets more business and until a couple good employees can be found to replace ones who no longer work there.
Edward’s café owner Mike Beneke said the month of December was extremely slow.
“We had to go down to two or three employees,” Beneke said. “We’re just doing daytime hours at this point.”
At his Lincolnville feedlot, he’s busy with seasonal shipping cattle and buying new calves, so he can’t put in a lot of hours at Edward’s.
“It still seems pretty difficult to find quality help,” Beneke said.
Edward’s remains open seven days a week, serving breakfast and lunch, but dinner isn’t being served at this time.
