Sabrina Marie Shields filed a petition for divorce from Heath Samuel Shields Nov. 28.

Sabrina Hessel and Archer Davis filed a petition seeking an emergency ex-parte order that law enforcement officials in Calera and Bryan Counties in Oklahoma assist with the return of Archer Davis, 23 months, to Hessel Nov. 28. According to the petition, Hessel was notified Nov. 18 by John Davis, the father of her child, that he and the child were in Calera, Oklahoma and had boarded a bus headed for Florida and John Davis intended to leave the country with the child. She was later notified they had returned to Calera, Oklahoma, but that John Davis refuses to return the child to her. The petition states John Davis has a history of being physically abusive toward her and a history of drug and alcohol abuse. She also filed a petition to determine paternity.
