Dennis Druse

Dennis L. “Brillo” Druse, 56, passed away October 11, 2016, at Via Christi — St. Francis in Wichita.

He was born Aug. 3, 1960, in El Dorado, the son of Jim and Eilene (Hansen) Druse.

He graduated Marion High School with the Class of 1979. He drove truck for Bituminous Transport. He was an avid Chiefs fan, liked riding his Harley, and enjoyed life with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by a brother, Bud and wife Norma of Marion; sisters, Cindy Ruthloff and husband, Mel, of Newton, and Janet Berry and husband, Scott, of Pretty Prairie; nieces and nephews, Michelle Druse, Reena Gulick, Bryan Berry, Brad Druse, and Patrick Berry and their families; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A viewing was Sunday, Oct. 16, at Zeiner Funeral Home, Marion, followed by cremation. A graveside memorial service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at Grant Township Cemetery, Marion.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial fund with the Marion County Resource Center and Food Bank, in care of Zeiner Funeral Home, 205 Elm St., Marion KS 66861. Online Condolences may be left at www.zeinerfuneralhomes.com.
