Adam M. Kleiber, Hillsboro, was formally charged March 2 with driving under the influence and possession of a firearm while driving under the influence.

William Houle, Sr. was charged March 7 with stalking.

Taylor Giesbrecht, 19, Durham, was charged March 1 with aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14. The charges stem from a Jan. 21 incident of alleged lewd fondling.

Matthew M. Fox pleaded not guilty Feb 26 to interference with law enforcement, driving while license canceled, and failure to yield when entering a roadway.

Carleton Anthony Glover was scheduled Feb. 26 for March 26 arraignment on two charges of giving a worthless check.

Marcus Jamal Butler pleaded guilty March 5 to criminal possession of a firearm. Charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

A bench warrant was issued March 5 for Anthony Dillon Herpich after failing to appear in court.

John Randall Davis pleaded guilty March 5 to interference with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and domestic battery. Charges of aggravated assault, attempted vehicle burglary, and criminal trespass were dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

John Scott Clipper on Feb. 5 pleaded not guilty to domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Leslie Byron McFadden on Feb. 19 entered a diversion agreement on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $233.63 attorney fees.

Alicia Marie Tabares on Feb. 14 pleaded no contest to possession of morphine. Dismissed were charges of trafficking of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.

Scottie Ray Bradley on Feb. 19 entered a diversion agreement on a charge of assault. He was ordered to pay $125 diversion fee, $158 court costs, $45 booking fee, and $75 attorney fees.

Clinton T. Selle on March 5 had trial set for May 15 on charges of burglary, theft, and criminal damage to property.
