James S. Blansett, 65, Burns, formally was charged Oct 18 with two counts of battery for hitting William P. Castleberry and Robyn Basham and a single count of disorderly conduct, and Castleberry, 46, Burns, formally was charged Oct. 21 with single counts of battery and disorderly conduct. All charges arise from a fistfight Oct. 12 in Burns.

Japheth S. Dunnahoo, 25, Peabody, formally was charged Oct. 21 with making a criminal threat.

Richard T. Litton, 39, Peabody, formally was charged Thursday with criminal threat, battery, and interference with law enforcement.

Ryan A. Hardey, 25, Durham, formally was charged Oct. 21 with burglary and theft.

Tommy E. McBride pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to possession of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months’ drug treatment and fined $713.

Samuel I. Reffett, 42, Galena, formally was charged Oct. 21 with making a criminal threat.

Miles M.W. Rickard, 21, Peabody, was sentenced Sept. 10 to 25 years in prison for two counts of aggravated Internet trading in child pornography and two counts of sexual exploitation of a child. The sentences are to run concurrently. Rickard will be under lifetime supervision after he is released.

Konner B. Rowden-Stum formally was charged Oct. 21 with 12 counts of theft, 11 counts of criminal use of a financial card, and eight counts of attempted criminal use of a financial card. According to a complaint, Rowden-Stum attempted to use the card at several Hillsboro businesses between Sept. 16 and 19.

James R. Spohn, 25, Marion, was sentenced Sept. 11 to 18 months’ probation for possession of methamphetamine and three counts of endangering a child.

Dale E. Weber was sentenced Sept 10 to 9½ years in prison for two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Gerald A. Yocum was found guilty Sept. 9 of speeding 80 mph in a 65 mph zone and was ordered to pay $183.
