Joshua B. Blackwell was sentenced Sept. 16 to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $4,453.93 for burglary.

Randy Ray Carlson, 33, Marion, pleaded no contest Sept. 12 to two counts of violation of a protective order and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation and to obtain mental health and drug evaluations. A charge of violation of a protective order filed in a separate case was dismissed.

Jody L. Compton was convicted Sept. 9 of speeding and ordered to pay $189.

Amber M. Frame, 36, Salina, was convicted Sept. 11 of theft by deception. Two counts of forgery were dismissed.

Kirby A. Jahnke, 52, Florence, pleaded no contest Sept. 11 to forgery.

Aaron T. Walker formally was charged Sept. 26 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Eric J. Williams, 36, Marion, formally was charged Sept. 26 with domestic battery.
