Michael A. Henderson, 20, Junction City, pleaded no contest May 10 to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14.

Bryan D. Higgins, 38, Stillwell, Oklahoma, was sentenced May 9 to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $513 for possession of methamphetamine.

Dustin J. Luchi, 44, Marion, was sentenced May 10 to 62 months in prison for distribution of methamphetamine and 51 months in prison for distribution of methamphetamine. The sentences are to run consecutive. He also was ordered to serve a year in jail for violation of a protective order. The year in jail will be concurrent to the 113 months in prison. Luchi was ordered to pay $600.

Donald J. Miller, 32, Herington, pleaded no contest May 12 to two counts of burglary and aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 7.

A bench warrant was issued May 10 for Deontae J. Moore, 22, Peabody, after he failed to appear in court.

Dawn M. Setzer, 40, Newton, pleaded no contest May 9 to possession of methamphetamine. Dismissed were a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia filed in a separate case.

Kimberly F. Vanderzanden, 22, Emporia, formally was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and marijuana and aggravated endangerment of a child.
