Jody A. Craig, 47, Marion, was found guilty April 20 of battery. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263. Dismissed were three charges of battery and a charge of abuse of a child in two separate cases.

Michael A. Henderson, 20, Junction City, pleaded no contest May 10 to possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed.

Joseph W. Heubach, 26, Peabody, was sentenced May 8 to 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $458 for possession of methamphetamine.

Jacob R. Stucky, 18, Halstead, was sentenced May 9 to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,213 for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Dasan Z. Wallace, 24, Salina, was sentenced May 3 to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $263 for domestic battery.
